Description
Antique Map. Refraction of Atmosphere, Movements of the Celestial Sphere, Parallax, Phases of the Moon, Phases of Inferior Planets and Saturns Rings.
This map was engraved and printed by W. & A. K. Johnston of Edinburgh and London, for their World Atlas, published circa 1886. This popular atlas was reissued a number of times over the following years. These maps are in original published condition which was partly printed in colour.
